Bloggical

(Blah-Gick-Call)

Blogging from Centauri Alpha 5, Spock wrote about the logic behind space travel near black holes, but was stopped by the hole alliance for gender equality

1)  Being logical while writing a blog post. One of the rarer forms of blog writing.

2)  What Captain Spock, of the Starfleet Enterprise, does when he blogs.

Blill

(Bhl-IlL)

The original blill was about the loss of slaves, a sore point for Uncle Sam, Willie’s mother’s sister’s son, whose parents had no children that lived.

1)  Having the will to blog. Without the will, the blog will be as poor or poorer than the amount of hype the blogger puts into the post.

2)  What a hillbilly calls a blog.

Bloggintology

(Blah-Gehn-Tall-Ah-Gee)

One of the possible locations of Tom Cruise’s next life within the church of Bloggentology

1)  The pseudo-religious sect group, founded by L. Ron Blogghard, that believes that, if you give a major percentage of your income to the sect, you will earn life after death in some form, possibly on another planet or in another plane, if you give them enough money. Sorely, there are no bloggers in Bloggitology as they can’t afford to save their souls or to purchase life after death,

BTV

(Bee-Tee-Vee)

Jimmy accidentally stumbled upon BTV and was never heard from again.

1)  The new, state-of-the-art television station dedicated to all things blog-related. Now more popular than PBS, BTV is commonly mistaken for “Black TV”, Lord Black’s blogging-related media empire, where they have 4 subscribers yet an annual income of over 27 Billion dollars.

UBA

(You-Bee-Eh)

Now made up of only 4 States, the BSA is now the least-desired country for bloggers to live in.

1)  The acronym for the country “The United Blogs of America”, a split-off splinter group formed when a group of bloggers separated from the USA, so that they could write what they wanted without being persecuted or prosecuted.

2) The splinter wrestling group that is made up of failed bloggers, the “United Bloggers Association”.

BABB

(Bahh-Bb)

Not only can’t she sing, act or dance, but she can’t write blogs for the life of her either, but she has one of the most popular posts in history! Karma, what a bitch!

1) The acronym for the campaign-style group “Bloggers Against Bad Blogging”. One of the most common sayings among group members is “I’m not only a member, I bought the company!”.

2) The nickname of Barbara Streisand’s blogging alter ego.

Bloggocity

(BlahG-Aww-City)

As each blogger bloggocitated, they found that their group of friends grew exponentially! And, their page views increased, earning them more and more money! That is, after all, what makes the bloggiverse go ’round!

1)  The act of returning the favour (Yes, that’s how we spell it in Canada! Get over it!!) of reading someone’s blog post, rating, voting, “Liking” and, especially, commenting on their posts after they have done so on yours. If everyone bloggocitated each other, we would all have great page views and high search engine return results!

2)  The city where Bloggo is located.

Blog Day Weekend

(BlahG-Dey-Weak-End)

Well, with no internet connection out here, what the heck are we supposed to do? Is this how they lived in the 1980’s???

1)  A 3-day weekend, as statuted by the government, where all bloggers have to stop blogging for 3 days. Unfortunately, nobody actually follows the mandate, but it is the busiest weekend for blogging all year long!

2)  A movie with Bill Murray about waking up every day and having to relive the same blog posts over and over again. Also known as purgatory, or hell…

Blogger Day

(Blah-Gher-Dey)

NO!!! Not again! Gads! I just wanna read one really good blog post before i become roadkill!

1)  The annual long weekend, held at the end of summer, where the act of writing blogs is celebrated. Unfortunately, there are no parades, fairs or other organized festivities since all of the bloggers are at home in front of their computers, trying hard to earn 17 cents a day.

2)  The day, usually the Saturday of the Blogger Day weekend, where a groundhog peeks his head out of his hole, and if he sees his shadow (if it’s sunny out) there will be one full year of crappy blog posts. Since its’ inception, the groundhog has always seen his shadow.

Bloggification

(Blah-GiFf-Ick-Ate-Shin)

Ack! I need a post! Maybe if i copy this one, change the title and picture, nobody will notice?

1)  The act of turning something already in existence into a blog post (otherwise known as plagiarism or patent infringement).

2)  Taking someone else’s blog, reblogging it, and making it seem like you did a lot of work on it.
